This heinous staff is made of many bones with hanging laurels of dry, stretched human flesh. The top of the Staff sports a tiny winged fetus which clutches the the top of the staff.

Passive: +3 Int
Passive: +3 Wis
Passive: +5 Stamina
Passive: -5 Charisma
Passive: -5 Social

Battle Power: If there is a corpse nearby, you may activate this power on the beginning of your turn rather than make an attack or cast a normal spell. Target corpse explodes, dealing 5d10 +X (1/10 character level) necrotic damage to all creatures in a 5 movement area. 

Special: Characters destroyed in this way suffer double penalties when being Resurrected.

Passive: +50 HP

Passive: -5 to Diplomacy, Seduction, Bluff

 

Corpse Explosion: If there is a corpse nearby, you may activate this power on the beginning of your turn rather than make an attack or cast a normal spell. Target corpse explodes, dealing 5d10 +X (1/10 character level) necrotic damage to all creatures in a 5 movement area. 

Corpse Chant: You may cast Necromancy spells originating at the point of a corpse within distance 20 of you. This destroys the corpse.

 

Example: If a target is distance 30 away, but a corpse is distance 20, you may have a Necromancy spell be cast as if it were originating from the corpse, putting the target within 10 distance of your spell.
