Does the Spellforge Cruiser have the mechanical feature?

The Kuknogatron and other spellforge mounts are unaffected by other mount effects, always move at least 1, and don't worry about spellforge weight, does the Spellforge Cruiser also share this effect, or is it not universal to spellforge type mounts?

Given the quality and rarity of the mount, and ask the circumstances around it, I see no reason it should not get the same benefit.
